Each apartment is situated in a well situated and quiet area of the 3rd district and very close to the old town (1st district). Nearby are the underground stations Wien Mitte Landstrasse and Rochusgasse.

Terrace/balcony and green area near the apartment
The apartments are located in the inner courtyard of a residential complex accessible only to residents. So you can enjoy your little piece of greenery on the terrace belonging to the apartment in the middle of Vienna. Due to the closed off house complex you can experience optimal recovery in your rest oasis without street noise and in the meantime plan your next exploration tour through Vienna.

The A&A Apartments are managed directly by the owner (Aleksandra and Alexander), the communication with us is direct (no agencies or other intermediaries).

We welcome our guests personally and show them the essentials upon arrival.

Hygiene
Your bed linen and towelling (bath and towel towels, floor mats) made of high-quality textiles is disinfected and cared for in accordance with the highest hygiene standards (provided in cooperation with a cleaning company certified according to quality, medical and environmental standards).

Cleanliness and Tidiness
You will move into a thoroughly cleaned apartment and after your visit there will be a final cleaning by us.

The A&A Apartments are new and are constantly maintained by us.

Each of our apartments is designed with attention to detail. Each A&A apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, automatic air conditioning, central heating, notebook for free use, WLAN, flat screen TV, radio, satellite TV, dining area, etc..

Small things that everyone needs - utensils like coffee, tea, sugar, spices, toilet paper, soap, kitchen roll, dishwasher detergent, etc. 

Information advantage
Tourist information (e.g. subway, city map, museums, shopping, directions, restaurants etc.) are waiting for you in the A&A Apartments.

Practical and Useful

Luggage compartment / Storage for your baggage
You can store your luggage in one of the storage rooms as long as necessary. This is important if you arrive early on the day of arrival or leave Vienna later on the day of departure. So you can spend the first as well as the last day stress-free and your luggage will be stored with us.

Early Check IN/ late Check Out possible on request.

Laundry room / own washing machine
Separated from the apartments, but in the same building there is an additional laundry room, which is only accessible for residents and our guests (for the use of the washing machines and dryers there are low usage fees, which are collected by the property management). In the Apartment Sofie Embassy there is a washing machine available for single use.

Bicycle room
Separated from the apartments, but in the same building there is an additional bicycle room which is available for residents and you as our guests. If you take your bike with you, it will be safe there.

Parking
An underground car parking space can be rented near the apartments on request. Also cheaper parking facilities (a few underground stations away) are available.

Die Apartments befinden sich im Innenhof einer nur für Bewohner zugänglichen Wohnanlage. Damit genießen Sie auf der zum Apartment gehörigen Terrasse Ihr Stückchen Grün mitten in Wien. Aufgrund der abgesperrten Hausanlage können Sie in Ihrer Ruheoase ohne Straßenlärm optimale Erholung erfahren und inzwischen Ihre nächste Erkundungstour durch Wien planen.

Hygiene
Ihre Bettwäsche sowie Frotteeware (Bade- und Handtücher, Bodenvorleger) aus hochwertigen Textilien wird nach höchsten Hygienestandards desinfizierend gereinigt und gepflegt (die Beistellung erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit einem nach Qualitäts-, Medizin- und Umweltstandards zertifizierten Reinigungsunternehmen).

Sauberkeit
Sie beziehen ein gründlich gereinigtes Apartment und nach Ihrem Besuch findet wiederum eine Endreinigung durch uns statt.

Die A&A Apartments sind neu und werden laufend durch uns instandgehalten.

Jedes unserer Apartments ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Jedes A&A Apartment verfügt über eine vollwertige Küche, automatische Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung, Notebook zur freien Nutzung, WLAN, Flat-TV, Radio, Satelliten-TV, Essbereich, etc.

Kleinigkeiten, die jeder braucht - Gebrauchsartikel wie Kaffee, Tee, Zucker; Gewürze, Toilettpapier, Seife, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspülmittel, etc.  

Informationsvorsprung 
Touristen-Infos (z. B. U-Bahn, Stadtplan, Museen, Shopping, Wegbeschreibungen, Restaurants etc.) warten auf Sie in den A&A Apartments.

Praktisches

Gepäckraum
Sie können Ihr Gepäck in einem der Abstellräume so lange unterbringen wie nötig. Das ist dann wichtig, wenn Sie am Ankunftstag früh ankommen oder am Abreisetag Wien erst später verlassen. So können Sie sowohl den ersten als auch den letzten Tag stressfrei verbringen und Ihr Gepäck lagert bei uns.

Waschküche / eigene Waschmaschine
Separiert von den Apartments, jedoch im selben Gebäude gibt es zusätzlich eine Waschküche, welche nur für Bewohner sowie für unsere Gäste zugänglich ist (für die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen bzw. Trockner entstehen geringe Nutzungsgebühren, welche durch die Hausverwaltung eingehoben werden). Im Apartment Sofie Embassy steht eine Waschmaschine im Apartment zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung.

Fahrradraum
Separiert von den Apartments, jedoch im selben Gebäude gibt es zusätzlich einen Fahrradraum, welche für Bewohner sowie für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrrad mitnehmen, dann steht es dort sicher.

Parken
In der Nähe der Apartments kann auf Wunsch ein Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz angemietet werden. Günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten (wenige U-Bahn Stationen entfernt) stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
